How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

• Deliver expert, evidence-based nursing care that upholds our commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety.
• Advocate for your patients by continuously monitoring their recovery and adjusting care plans to ensure the best possible health outcomes.
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and therapists to serve as the central hub of a seamless, collaborative care experience.
• Execute clinical orders with precision and care, ensuring every treatment is delivered accurately and at the optimal time.
• Prepare patients and their families for life after the hospital by leading comprehensive discharge planning that ensures a safe and confident transition home.

Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Additional Preferences We're Seeking

BSN preferred

2+ years of Ortho or Med Surg experience preferred
