The shift is nights, working three 12-hour shifts per week. The nurse will care for an average of six patients per shift. Float to units of equal acuity is required. Candidates should have experience with various telemetry-related skills, including managing cardiac drips and interpreting dysrhythmias. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as this role includes interdisciplinary support from various services. Experience in handling patients with complex medical needs is preferred. Appropriate certifications, including BLS, are required. Travel experience is preferred for this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in using Epic for patient charting.
