AI Platform Engineer

To support the development of an internal AI platform, the full-time remote AI Platform Engineer will design and build a unified workspace for Bloomerang employees, ensuring seamless access to AI tools and capabilities while enhancing the company's adoption of existing AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Design and build Bloomerang's internal AI platform end-to-end, focusing on architecture and user experience Collaborate with data and security stakeholders to implement governed data access and a marketplace of skills for employees Engage with users across departments to translate their needs into actionable features and improvements Required Qualifications Experience building with large language models (LLMs) and general software engineering Familiarity with modern AI tools such as Claude Code, Replit, and the agentic ecosystem Proficiency in integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and understanding least-privilege access principles Strong ability to communicate technical solutions in user-friendly language Demonstrated adaptability to the rapidly evolving AI landscape
