About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the professionalization of the financial administration, with a focus on advising and supporting the company's growth within the infrastructure, energy transition, and water management sectors. This pivotal role involves not only the development of financial processes but also the responsibility for team building, strategic financial planning, and the potential to progress to a CFO position. Key responsibilities for the Head of Finance include overseeing financial administration, conducting month-end closures, and management reporting. The role also encompasses budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations. The Head of Finance will be a key partner to the executive team, providing financial guidance and acting as the custodian of the company's financial integrity. The ideal candidate for the Head of Finance position at the company will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar financial environment, such as an accounting firm or as a consultant. A WO Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline is required, along with proficiency in both Dutch and English. The role demands a highly ambitious individual who is eager to contribute to the growth of the organization and is passionate about establishing and enhancing its financial structure. The candidate should be adept at data analysis, business control, and have a proven track record in implementing new financial processes and driving process optimizations.
