Manages the daily activities of Patient Admitting, ED Registration and ambulatory clinics Ensures high-quality customer service and improvements in the revenue cycle activities for coding, billing and documentation Reviews staff schedules and ensures staffing guidelines meet the budget Trains, educates and develops staff for job functions and responsibilities Coordinates activities across assigned facilities Implements and maintains compliant policies for Patient Access Services staff Requirements Bachelor's Degree: Business Management or Bachelor's Degree: Healthcare or Bachelor's Degree: Related Field Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) within 2 years Work Experience: Healthcare Proficient in EPIC, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing Patient Access Services, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer service within healthcare settings.
