This position is responsible for leading multiple levels of claims professionals, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of customer service across disability, absence management, and supplemental health claims functions.Our client is seeking a Claims Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for claims administration teams. This individual will be responsible for developing leaders, improving operational efficiency, managing resources, and ensuring claims are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
