Role Description The Inventory and Logistics Associate is 30 hours/week, on-site role based in Bradenton, FL. This position is responsible for managing daily inventory activities, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and performing regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy. The role includes packing and preparing customer orders for delivery or pickup, maintaining clean and orderly storage areas, and updating inventory records in company systems. The associate will coordinate with team members and supervisors to track stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and support smooth logistics operations. The role also involves occasional direct interaction with customers or internal stakeholders to answer questions about product availability and order status.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track stock levels, reconcile counts, and maintain accurate records.
• Candidates should possess Packing skills and basic logistics knowledge to prepare, label, and organize orders for efficient fulfillment.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders and inventory tasks without errors.
• Basic computer skills, especially spreadsheets and familiarity with inventory or point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move boxes or merchandise as part of daily responsibilities.
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory roles is beneficial.
