Start My Wellness in Ferndale, MI is seeking a Front Desk & Intake Coordinator to manage patient flow, greet clients, check-in/out, and keep the lobby welcoming while ensuring HIPAA compliance. We value 2+ years of front-desk or intake experience in mental health, excellent communication, and proficiency with EHR systems ( TherapyNotes, SimplePractice, Kareo ) and multi-line phone setups.
