Job Description

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and professional hospitality staff to join our team in Naples, Florida. Candidates must have previous experience working in luxury hotels and be familiar with the high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service expected in upscale hospitality environments.

Available Positions

Housekeeper

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to luxury hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and properly presented.

Houseman

• Support housekeeping staff with daily operations.
• Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping areas.
• Assist with moving items and maintaining clean, organized service areas.

Public Area Attendant

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Ensure all areas meet luxury hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenish supplies and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hotel housekeeping is required.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• English proficiency is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Professional attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high service standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
