What You’ll Do THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION. PART-TIME SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am‑5:15pm. Every Saturday 8:15am‑12:15pm. Flexibility to work Tuesday and Thursday, if needed. As a valued member of the retail banking team, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions. Tellers work in a fast‑paced, engaging environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will project a professional image and serve as the face and voice of our organization. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to build relationships, get to know our clients, and support their financial well‑being by offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive‑thru, ATM, and other avenues. Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable. Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations. Recognize customer needs and cross‑sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
