We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.We are seeking a full-time team RN to join our practice, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, based at our 250 Paradise Road location in Swampscott, MA. This RN role supports a high-volume ambulatory family medicine practice. The position is primarily focused on phone triage, with additional responsibilities including nurse visits and cross-coverage on the clinical floor. The RN will work closely with one other nurse and collaborate with the broader care team to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care delivery.Summary:Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.Does this position require Patient Care? YesEssential Functions-Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards. -Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety. -Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care. -Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. -Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations. -Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Associate's Degree Nursing required

Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred

Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
