As a Partner Success Manager (PSM) for Xero, you will: Deliver a best-in-class customer experience to established Xero partners. Support partners on a business plan in implementing Xero, fulfilling their contracts, and setting them up for renewal success. Engage with partners not on a business plan but with most clients on Xero to grow their organic revenue and identify growth opportunities. Drive partner success through education on product offerings, partner programs, utilization, and upgrades. Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and play a role in preventing churn. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with Post Sales Partner Consultants to deepen partner adoption and engagement. Working with accounting and bookkeeping firms to increase revenue and promote growth. Mitigating churn risks through education and value demonstration. Ensuring optimal use of Xero subscriptions and developing migration and upgrade plans. Educating partners on available resources and ensuring participation in webinars, events, and training. Gathering feedback on features and relaying it through appropriate channels. Supporting partner education on ancillary products. Building positive relationships through service excellence, proactive management, and communication. Traveling regularly for industry events and onsite meetings. Success metrics include: Developing strategic territory plans to meet revenue and retention targets. Building deep relationships with partners and stakeholders. Taking ownership of initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth. Contributing ideas for workflow optimization and partner experience enhancement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams. Managing multiple partner accounts effectively. Desired experience: Experience in sales within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment. Managing long-term client relationships. Demo or Sales Engineer experience is a plus. Accounting background is advantageous. Salary range: $82,300 - $113,200 per year. Why Xero?
