Requirements

• 3 years total experience, with 2 years in an outpatient setting.
• Experience in Urology or Women's Health required.
• Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP accredited program.
• Certification: BLS (AHA or ARC only).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must receive flu vaccination during flu season (no declinations/no exemptions).
• Proficiency with blood/lab draws and venipuncture, patient check-in, insurance verification, and referrals.
• Experience with Epic system required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient check-ins and medical documentation.
• Perform blood draws and venipuncture as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and insurance verification.
• Support clinical staff with patient care activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
