Job Title: Delivery Driver / Warehouse

Location: 3112 W Alpine Street, Santa Ana, CA 92704

Hours: May start as early as 4:30 am (most deliveries are scheduled for 6 am)

Benefits:

· Competitive Salary Range: $18.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on experience.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail orientated Delivery Driver and Warehouse Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting air filters and related products to customers or businesses in a safe and timely manner. As needed, you will help in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving and Delivery:
   • Operate a vehicle (van, truck, or car) to deliver goods to customers or businesses.
   • Plan the most efficient routes using maps, GPS, or company-provided tools.
   • Load and unload goods safely, ensuring packages are delivered undamaged.
2. Customer Service:
   • Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, answering questions or addressing concerns.
   • Ensure timely and accurate delivery as per the schedule.
   • Obtain customer signatures or other confirmation of delivery.
3. Inventory and Documentation:
   • Check the accuracy of the delivered items against order sheets or receipts.
   • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
   • Complete delivery logs and any required reports.
4. Vehicle Maintenance:
   • Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after deliveries.
   • Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained (fuel, tires, cleanliness).
   • Report any issues with the vehicle to the supervisor.
5. Safety and Compliance:
   • Adhere to road safety rules, traffic laws, and company policies.
   • Follow safety guidelines for handling packages, especially fragile or hazardous items.
   • Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transport.

6. Time Management:
   • Meet delivery deadlines while managing time effectively.
   • Prioritize deliveries based on urgency or customer requirements.
7. Warehouse:
   • Pick and Pull orders
   • Glue Filters

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License : Must have 4 years driving experience with a class C driver’s license. Clean Driving Record a must.

· Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and/or carry packages up to 50 pounds, sometimes bulky.

· Specific Vision Abilities : Requirements to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

· Time Management : Ability to plan and follow an efficient delivery route.

• Customer Service : Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to Detail : Ensure accurate deliveries and documentation.
• Problem Solving : Ability to address issues, such as missed deliveries or traffic delays, professionally.

Working Conditions:

• May require long hours Monday - Friday. On a rare occasion, a Saturday.
• Can involve working in various weather conditions, depending on the location.
• Delivery drivers often need to handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
