Part-Time Evening Janitorial Cleaner

Part-Time Cleaning Position Available in North Chicago, IL (near Abbott Park)

Evening hours, flexible schedule, bi-weekly pay, 25 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition while attending to customers' cleaning needs as requested
• Respond to emergency tickets in a timely manner
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office

Compensation & Hours:

• B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $17.50/hour - $18/hour.
• Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5pm-10:00pm

Requirements:

• Dependable, punctual, detail oriented.
• Complete background check, drug test, & e-verify
• Knowledge of basic technology, able to access websites, emails, & trainings from both a computer and smart phone.
