Cornerstone Construction Services Inc is seeking a Receptionist to provide welcoming front-desk support and ensure smooth day-to-day communication at our Oxnard location.

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and clients, creating a positive experience while supporting internal teams with reliable administrative coordination. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, responsive front office and ensuring calls and inquiries are handled efficiently.

You will manage front-desk responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner

• Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate team members while maintaining accurate contact information

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries as needed

• Support office operations by maintaining front-desk organization and tracking relevant visitor/client details

• Assist with basic administrative tasks to support coordination across departments as directed

• Prior experience in a customer service or front-desk role, or equivalent professional experience

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people

• Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization

• Ability to work onsite and contribute to a consistent daily workflow in Oxnard, CA

• Experience supporting office administration in a professional services environment

• Familiarity with handling scheduling or coordinating basic requests for teams

• High level of discretion when dealing with sensitive information

• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate front-office needs

Hourly rate: $21.00 - $24.00
