Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator who enjoys keeping operations organized and moving efficiently. This role supports daily shipping, inventory, order processing, and warehouse administration activities within a fast-paced manufacturing and operations environment.
- Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and related order paperwork.
- Coordinating daily shipping activities and supporting accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
- Closing customer orders in the company system and printing required order documentation.
- Maintaining inventory records, completing data entry, and supporting inventory accuracy.
- Scanning, organizing, and filing company documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.
- Responding to emails, routing inquiries, answering internal calls, and supporting warehouse and administrative operations. - Pay range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, DOE.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Bell Gardens, CA 90201.100% onsite.
