Position Requirements Valid Florida “D” Security License – REQUIRED Bilingual (English & Spanish) – a plus to communicate effectively with residents. Flexible Schedule – Must be available to work various shifts as needed. Professional Appearance – Business attire is required (white or black shirt, dark pants, and dress shoes). Résumé Required – Bring a printed copy of your résumé. Candidates without a paper résumé will not be interviewed. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate starting: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience.
