Client Relationship Specialist

As a Client Relationship Specialist at Brandsymbol, you will play a key role in prospecting decision‑makers at large global companies in need of brand creation. You’ll collaborate with marketing and trademark officers to understand their needs, help develop tailored proposals, and assist in nurturing client relationships as we deliver exceptional work. Position Overview: Success in this role hinges on your ability to identify qualified industry prospects with branding needs, create targeted outreach strategies, and secure meetings to discuss new business opportunities. This role provides an excellent foundation for a career as an Account Executive in the branding industry, with opportunities for growth and high earning potential. This position offers a base salary and additional incentives based on secured client introductions and pitches. It is a full-time role with a hybrid in‑office and remote work arrangement. Candidates must be based in the Charlotte area and able to commute to our corporate office in Charlotte, NC. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Research and identify qualified prospects for selling opportunities. Craft and deliver targeted outreach through emails, phone calls, messaging, and referrals to generate interest and responses. Develop a strong understanding of Brandsymbol's products and services, communicate differentiators, and overcome objections. Organize and implement large account management strategies. Schedule and manage introductory meetings and pitches. Maintain the company CRM with up‑to‑date qualified lead information. Prepare and deliver appropriate sales materials on products and services. Support acquired client projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure high client satisfaction and foster continued relationships. Collaborate with sales team members to achieve better results. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (Business preferred). Healthcare or Agency experience (preferred). Strong organizational skills. Ambitious and goal‑oriented. Open to travel. Must be local to the Charlotte area. Self‑starter with a flexible, action‑orientated mindset. Able to work in a team‑orientated, and collaborative environment.
