Messaging And Collaboration EngineerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Messaging and Collaboration Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX or Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure, with a focus on client support in a large-scale, multi-site, and multi-domain environment. The position will manage applications such as Outlook, SharePoint, WebEx, and Instant Messaging (Lync/Skype), and handle the integration of email with mobile devices and other unified communication technologies.Responsibilities:Administer Messaging and Collaboration user accounts, including creating user IDs, processing name changes and moves, maintaining group lists, and removing terminated user IDs in adherence to regulatory requirementsAssume a leadership role in resolving complex technical issues (SME)Consult with application developers on issues related to the impact of applicationsCoordinate with application developers and project managers to deploy worldwide enterprise solutions/applications, including testing and documentationProvide technical expertise to internal IT groups and offer feedback and recommendations for service level and environment optimizationProtect the security of the messaging environment through administration of access control lists and security measuresProvide training to users, junior technicians, and other IT personnelRequirements:Experience with Microsoft Azure and PowerShellProficiency with Outlook MS-365, SharePoint administration, WebEx, Skype, and MS TeamsWorking knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft ExchangeExperience with OneDriveKnowledge of current Windows operating systemsExcellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on providing quality customer serviceAbility to work with minimal direction and manage multiple tasksDesired Skills:Automation skills to reduce manual activitiesProven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environmentProven ability to work independently, multi-task, and work effectively in a complex environment with a global team structureStrong influencer, facilitator, and collaboratorDetail-oriented and organizedPro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, and results-driven with attention to detailStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsMotivation to achieve results and the ability to quickly integrate into teamsPay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
