Title: AI Business Analyst Location: New Jersey, New York(Hybrid) Type: Contract AI Business Analyst - Business Integration & Enablement - Qty (2) - Conduct Business Analysis, translate requirements, enable AI adoption Role Summary: The AI Business Analyst partners with business and technical teams to translate business needs into AI‑enabled solutions. This role ensures requirements clarity, drives adoption, and supports value realization from AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct business analysis for AI and data-driven initiatives Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical inputs Collaborate with AI, engineering, and product teams throughout delivery Support user adoption, change management, and enablement activities Define success metrics and help track value realization Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product roles Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Experience working on AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with Agile delivery and enterprise environments preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
