Outpatient Therapist

Master's Level ClinicianNFI Massachusetts, Inc., a private non-profit human service organization, is currently seeking a Master's Level Clinician for the Outpatient Clinic located in Haverhill, MA.Do you want to work in a dynamic team atmosphere with a variety of clients? We partner with service providers to assist clients in the most comprehensive way possible. Through support, advocacy, education and treatment, we promote personal development empowering individuals and families to lead personally satisfying meaningful and productive lives. We are currently seeking an outpatient clinician to work with children and adolescents, as well as adults.Requirements:Completion of intakes and assessments for appropriate level of service.Completion of individual treatment plans.Ongoing individual, and possibly group therapyHarm-reduction and recovery planning as needed.Crisis intervention as needed.Referrals to community resources.Collaboration with other natural and formal supports.Qualifications:Must have completed a Master's degree from an accredited school in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW eligible).Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred.Experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse preferred.Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills.Flexible schedule some evenings and/or Saturdays required.Pay:Hourly benefit eligible rate for an unlicensed therapist is $33 per hour.Hourly benefit eligible rate for a licensed therapist is $36 per hour.Benefits:Benefits for full time employees include: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Retirement Plan, 3 weeks paid vacation time, mileage compensation, and Tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per fiscal year which can be used towards trainings, continuing education, exam prep/materials, and licensure application/renewal costs.
