Completion Supervisor

Basic Qualifications Aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, and/or production experience. Experience with fabrication, structures, mechanical assembly, electrical and/or systems integration. Experience with business metrics to drive performance (safety, quality, schedule, cost). Active clearance required with an investigation within the last 5 years and the ability to obtain and maintain special program access per business requirements. Desired Skills EVMS management experience. 5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent education. Experience with manufacturing start‑up. Manufacturing leadership. Technical degree. Lean manufacturing exposure and deployment. Structure assembly background. Job Description We are seeking a Completion Supervisor in Palmdale, CA. What You Will Be Doing Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub‑assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
