- Title: CNC Lathe and Mill Operator — Metal Fabrication
- Location: Greenwood, AR
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Fridays and Saturdays as required
- Pay: $18/hour+ (DOE)
- Set up and run CNC mills, CNC lathes, grinders, and other fabrication equipment
- Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine parameters to meet tolerance and finish requirements
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to produce parts to spec
- Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and gauges; document and report defects and support corrective actions
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain clean, safe work areas in adherence to safety protocols
- Must provide documentation of a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant or shop environment
- 1–2 years of hands-on CNC machine operation
- Competent in reading blueprints and using a tape measure accurately
- Strong mechanical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks that involve walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
- CNC machines, grinders, lathes, saws, and common hand tools
- Precision measuring tools, hoists, and forklifts
- Steel-toed boots required
