Hiring Manual Machinists in Everett, WA!

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our Production team supporting the manufacturing of rods and struts. This is a hands-on role in a precision production environment with opportunities to work across a variety of manual machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate core manual machines such as mills, lathes, honing, grinding, presses, and thread rolling equipment
• Follow drawings and written instructions to produce parts to close tolerances
• Manually install hardware using provided tools; apply adhesives or grease per BOM requirements
• Hand-deburr parts to drawing specifications
• Inspect parts using gauges and measuring tools
• Perform self-inspection and accurately record required production data
• Verify part finish and overall quality
• Maintain a clean work area, including machines and parts
• Perform routine and detailed machine maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manual Machinist or in a similar manufacturing role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
