Total compensation $40,000 and up (with base and bonus)

Summary:

The Funding Department of Mid-Atlantic Finance is looking for a confident self-starter who works well independently. Must have great attention to detail, be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and focused on deadline achievement. Previous call center and or office experience is preferred. Bilingual English / Spanish is desired but not required.

• Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer
• Contact customers to gather information, complete verifications and update records
• Perform compliance audits completing corrections as needed
• Maintain electronic records and files, backing up completed work
• Entry-level Excel spreadsheet skills helpful.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to type 45+ WPM
• Financial Services and/or Auto Industry experience helpful
• Prioritize workload and manage high-priority tasks through completion
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Meet established deadlines while maintaining high quality work
• Able to sit at desk for prolonged periods at a time
