Catcher/Shrink Wrapper

The Catcher is responsible to gather printed sheets, add chipboard and stack on cart to specific customer instructions ready for shrink-wrap. The Shrink wrapper is responsible to double check customer instructions, shrink-wrap material and box per specific customer instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products, ensuring correct labeling and preventing mix-ups in boxing
• Operate auxiliary equipment such as shrink wrap machines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer-specific requirements

Experience

• Previous factory/manufacturing facility experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with assembly processes
• Mechanical knowledge or background in operating manufacturing equipment is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds safely, and work in a fast-paced environment
