Leading overnight operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the full-time remote Operations Supervisor, Overnight will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensure adherence to quality standards, and facilitate effective communication among teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities Oversees multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining real-time awareness of operational status and risks Acts as the primary escalation point, resolving complex issues and making timely decisions during overnight operations Manages and optimizes resource allocation, ensuring teams focus on high-impact activities and maintaining quality execution standards Required qualifications Proven ability to work in high-volume, time-sensitive environments Strong decision-making skills with the ability to respond quickly under pressure Experience supporting technology deployments, field services, or infrastructure programs Familiarity with escalation management and incident response frameworks Ability to work overnight shifts on a consistent basis
