Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale Agile software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring successful execution of complex enterprise programs. Prior experience working with Cisco Systems, particularly within the CCW (Cisco Commerce Workspace) organization, is highly preferred . Key Responsibiliti esLead and manage large-scale Agile projects from initiation through successful deliver y.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospective s.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership to define project scope, priorities, and timeline s.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status report s.Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, ensuring timely resolutio n.Monitor project progress, budget, resource allocation, and delivery milestone s.Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality deliverables and on-time release s.Communicate project status, issues, and executive-level updates to key stakeholder s.Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, governance, and project management standard . Required Qualificati onsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fie ld.8+ years of Technical Project Management experience managing enterprise software development projec ts.Strong experience leading large Agile/Scrum projects with distributed engineering tea ms.Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or simil ar.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skil ls.Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and software development methodologi es.
