Maintenance Tech Extraordinaire
About Us:
We are a dynamic multifamily community seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a well-kept property and delivering excellent service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and service calls.
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community and grounds.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are clean, safe, and move-in ready.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior maintenance experience, preferably in a multifamily residential setting.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to providing excellent service to residents and team members.
Compensation & Benefits:
