Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 1

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Custodial Operations Manager 1 for St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center. This 2nd Shift role will lead frontline associates and supervisors and will oversee EVS operations. Hospital EVS experience is preferred.St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, part of St. David's HealthCare, is a 209-bed facility and Level II Trauma Center that provides comprehensive care with a variety of specialties and is in Round Rock, Texas.About the jobIn this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee frontline teams to deliver exceptional environmental services that prioritize safety, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll manage daily operations, guide team development, and help maintain high standards that create clean, healthy, and welcoming environments.Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.
