Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students with varying challenges and disabilities
• Support student participation and performance in daily school activities through targeted interventions
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collect and document progress data in alignment with educational and clinical requirements
• Adapt materials, classroom activities, and environments to best serve individual student needs
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development sessions
• Assist with assessments, screenings, and reporting as required
