Senior Geotechnical Engineer The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual looking for career growth and professional development. Our engineering staff provides support for design, and construction of a wide variety of projects. As a senior-level engineer, you will apply your knowledge and develop new skills while working on varying types of projects. Required Experience Bachelor degree (BS) in Geotechnical, Civil Engineering field from ABET institution is required. Master Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering is preferred. Professional Engineer registration/licensure in Oklahoma. Ten to Fifteen or more years of geotechnical engineering/material testing and special inspection experience required. Client relationship building, project management and business development skills. Understanding of local market and industry. Ability to work in the field, when necessary, with occasional travel. Must have a valid Driver’s License. Must be able to pass a background check and preemployment drug screen. U.S Citizenship or Permanent resident status is required. No visa sponsorship will be provided. Required Skills Attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking. Highly organized and able to prioritize work. Can meet deadlines. Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as a team member. Ability to create, maintain, and communicate project budgets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Previous rock slope evaluation, remediation design and construction materials testing and special inspections experience preferred. Prior experience providing geotechnical engineering services and construction materials testing for transportation and/or commercial projects. Expertise should include foundation/geotechnical designs, subsurface investigation, pavement design and writing geotechnical recommendation reports.
