Safety Investigator: Incident Response & Risk Analysis

Care.com is seeking a Safety Investigator to join the Trust & Safety Incident Response Team in Dallas, TX. You will protect the Care.com community by investigating safety incidents, gathering evidence, and applying policies fairly and consistently. You will serve as a first responder for Safety Hotline calls, assess risk, and collaborate with Legal, Product, Customer Experience, Risk, and Operations on complex cases while meeting SLAs and quality standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Care.com
