If you're ready to bring your skills to a global stage, this is your chance to make an impact.About the role: As our sole Senior Legal Counsel based in the United States, you’ll lead commercial contract negotiations and privacy matters for a wide range of deals, partnering closely with Sales, Procurement, R&D, Product, Security and Finance, while operating as an integral part of AppsFlyer’s broader legal team, collaborating daily with colleagues and leadershipWhat You’ll Do:Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial and technology-related contracts, including master services agreements, SaaS subscription agreements, license agreements, data protection agreements, reseller and referral agreements, RFP responses and supporting documentation with customers, partners and vendors.Coordinate commercial and contractual issues with other groups and departments across the company (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Security, IT, R&D) in furtherance of corporate policy.Develop a strong understanding of AppsFlyer’s technology and provide timely, practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations on commercial, regulatory and privacy issues.Monitor and advise on applicable laws relating to commercial transactions, including data privacy and other regulatory compliance matters.Develop and maintain company contract templates, business processes and internal policies and guidelines to help scale the business.Contribute to other legal projects as needed from time to time.What You Bring:Qualified Lawyer with at least 5 years of commercial and technology law experience, gained at a major law firm and/or in an in-house legal department.Experience handling complex, technology-related commercial legal matters, including independently reviewing, drafting, negotiating and closing agreements with minimal support.Knowledge and experience in data privacy laws and related regulations.Experience in SaaS or big data businesses.Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to independently negotiate agreements and lead calls with other legal teams.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and support multiple matters simultaneously for different stakeholders.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team in a fast-paced business environment.Ability to work independently from a US location while reporting to and closely collaborating with HQ and the legal team in Israel.Highly independent, with a strong personality, able to multitask across multiple matters and stakeholders and manage stress well in a fast-paced environment.Meticulous attention to detail and high motivation to contribute to the success of the company.Ability to comfortably deal with a global customer and supplier base in a multicultural environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a clear and concise drafting style, with English at mother-tongue level.Nice To Have: CIPP certification.Experience in adtech and/or martech.Bonus PointsIntroduced by an AppsFlyer team member.For our US-based candidates, the expected ‘On Target Earnings’ (OTE) are between $220,000 and $250,000 (including bonus).
