Partner with your General Manager to run a great restaurant while building your own leadership skills.
Pay & Benefits
- Base salary starting at approximately $50000 per year based on qualifications and experience

What Youll Lead
- Develop your team: Support staffing interviewing training and performance reviews. Give Shift Leaders and Team Members clear direction and ongoing feedback.
- Run great shifts: Coordinate people and priorities lead alongside your crew and maintain a safe clean organized restaurant.
- Deliver welcoming service: Uphold quality service and cleanliness standards. Resolve concerns with care and give guests a reason to return.
- Drive results: Manage sales labor food costs and profitability.
- Grow the business: Support catering local marketing and community relationships.
