Role Description
Join GitHub’s Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Partner focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring top Go‑To‑Market talent to support our Revenue objectives and drive company growth. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders around the world, serving as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, market insights, and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities
- Stakeholder/Client Engagement:
- Partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across distributed, global teams.
- Drive alignment and momentum across stakeholders in multiple time zones.
- Consult with hiring managers and business leaders on talent needs and opportunities.
- Identify current and future talent needs through opportunistic exploration and analysis.
- Data Analysis & Hiring Plans:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights.
- Analyze relevant data and trends to provide insight and consult with business partners.
- Candidate Attraction and Experience:
- Elicit interest in active and potential candidates by storytelling.
- Model best practices on sourcing, recruiting, and/or closing techniques.
- Explain key points of GitHub's unique career possibilities.
- Enhance the candidate experience at all stages of the relationship.
- Candidate Assessment & Screening:
- Coach others to use tools and assessment frameworks to assess candidates.
- Lead initial screening and assessing of candidates.
- Operational Compliance & Excellence:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for roles across multiple countries.
- Adhere to internal and external recruiting policies and standards.
- Maintain current documentation on candidates’ qualifications and status.
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in GTM recruitment for a technology organization.
- Experience working within an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Experience in full lifecycle recruitment including client management, passive candidate engagement/sourcing, negotiation and closing candidate offers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience exploring and evaluating AI solutions to improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
- Experience recruiting for roles across multiple countries.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across distributed, global teams.
- Experience/Familiarity with iCIMS ATS.
- Experience with creating and driving efficiencies within hiring practices.
Compensation Range
The base salary range for this job is USD $85,000.00 - USD $225,400.00 /Yr. These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
