This is a full timeposition workingas needed between the hours of8am-6:00pm, but may require flexibility with officehours. The York Hospital Pediatric Therapy office is located in York and South Berwick, Maine. The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for: Providingspeechtherapy services to pediatric patients. The Speech Therapist makes an initial evaluation and plans with patient,family and physician for on-going Speech Therapy services. Initiates, reviews and implements the Speech TherapyCarePlan for each patient based on the assessment and prescribed Plan of Care. Revises Plan of Care when indicated. Initiates appropriate preventative and rehabilitative Speech Therapyprocedures. In order to help us continue to offer exceptional patient experiences, we need you to have the following: Minimum of(1) yearof Speech Language Pathology experience. Prefer Pediatric experience.
