Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Davie, FL | 1st Shift | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing team in Davie. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, performing repairs, and keeping operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Maintain conveyors, balers, compactors, motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, bearings, pulleys, and shafts
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Inspect equipment and identify opportunities for improvement
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, bearings, and gearboxes
• Knowledge of motors, pumps, and compressors
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in an industrial environment
• Must have your own basic hand tools required to perform maintenance and repair work

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding and fabrication experience
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• PLC knowledge
• Forklift or heavy equipment maintenance experience
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Manufacturing, recycling, or production facility experience

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
