Job Description
A health network with multiple sites around Western Massachusetts is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join them in the pursuit of high-quality patient care.
\nAbout the Opportunity

- Schedule: Monday to Friday (option for 4 or 5-day work week) \n
- Hours: 40 hours a week \n
- Setting: Outpatient \n
- Patient Volume: 2-3 per hour \n
- Call: 1-3 days per month, telephone only \n
Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results \n
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records \n
- Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care \n
- Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans \n

- Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings \n
- Performing other duties, as needed \n
