Rehab Aide – Full-Time

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Rehab Aide to join our therapy department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in gaining valuable experience in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting.

• Prepare treatment areas and organize therapy equipment before and after sessions
• Escort residents safely to and from therapy appointments
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment in accordance with infection control standards
• Assist therapists with non-clinical support tasks to keep the department running efficiently
• Stock and organize therapy supplies and maintain a clean therapy gym
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and positive environment for residents and visitors
• Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and other team members to support quality resident care

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required
