Project Specialist

Position Title Customer Project Specialist I Grade: C1 | Job #: 90020311 | FLSA Status: Non-Exempt | Location: Branch Purpose Serve as key member of branch project management team and proficient user of SAP to ensure customer satisfaction, taking a proactive approach to servicing company customers on project orders. Responsibilities Perform order entry of job lot orders, including order acknowledgements to customers. Coordinate fixture package and gear releases, including expediting drawings and approvals, updating shipping schedules to customers, expediting deliveries with suppliers, and coordinating warehouse deliveries to ensure on‑time performance. Execute accurate job lot billing to customers using software and process supplier invoices on projects for payment. Proactively produce various reports to customers and suppliers from project software throughout the project period. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. No experience required for entry‑level positions. Preferred: 2‑3 years of customer service experience in a related electrical industry. Preferred: Four‑year degree. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP. Strong oral and written communication skills. Customer service skills. Ability to work with all levels of employees and management internally and externally. Detail‑oriented and organized. Compensation Expected pay range: $20.00‑$24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Working Conditions Traditional office environment. Work shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.
