- Assisting with potty-training for transition to pre-school
- Daily parent communication and yearly parent-teacher conferences

- Possess strong customer service skills with parents
- Be at least 19 years of age
- Must have experience working with children
- Child care and/or Preschool experience preferred: 1 year
- One of the following: CDA or Montessori credential, Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or related field, or 12 semester hours / 18 CEUs is required*
- Infant and Toddler Certification (Infant classroom) 3 semester hours or 4.5 CEUs in infant/toddler development and care practices within 6 months of hire. *These hours may satisfy a portion of required hours / CEUs in the above requirement
