Are you an accomplished and certified Chrysler technician looking to take your career to the next level? At Coon Rapids Chrysler, we're not just a dealershipwe're a team in service and customer satisfaction. You'll work onsite and will report to the Service Manager and Service Lane Manager.

What You'll Do

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing your mechanical expertise
• Stay up to date with Chrysler certifications and training.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics.

What You'll Bring:

• Commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence.
• Chrysler Certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Proven experience as an automotive technician with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles.

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position. It is also eligible for short-term and long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The total compensation includes the CBA union agreement, which is $33.14- $41.20 per flat rate hour.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
