Hotel Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals. Qualifications Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
