Key Responsibilities Supervise patient care, lead assessments, and customize care plans. Build strong relationships with patients and families to support recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Support and mentor fellow staff in managing complex patient needs. Celebrate patient milestones and progress. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN licensure as per state requirements. CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred. Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
