You'll typically treat 6–7 residents per day, giving you more time for individualized, one-on-one care and meaningful patient relationships. Therapy also goes beyond the rehab gym! You'll work with residents throughout the community, including their apartments, providing care in the spaces where they live and move every day.The Lincoln Meadows is an active senior living community with resident activities, classes, and programming throughout the day. Legacy has proudly served the community for five years, so you'll be joining an established therapy team with strong relationships on-site. And you won't be doing it alone!
