The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, providing expert legal representation and guidance to clients. Duties Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the legal process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree from an accredited institution. Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter with long-term career goals.
