- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions and options.
- Conduct whole-home plumbing inspections to prevent future issues.
- Perform a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and installations (partnering with licensed team members as required).
- Follow our proven customer service process , from first greeting to job completion.
- You enjoy working with people and solving their toughest problems.
- You value the autonomy of running your own calls while being part of a strong team.
- You're persistent and patient , taking time to explain solutions to homeowners.
- You like working with both tools and technology (hand tools, power tools, iPads, apps).
- You're not afraid to get dirty -and you always clean up after the job with professionalism.

- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential or commercial).
- Proven ability to handle a wide range of plumbing tasks, from troubleshooting to repairs.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service .
- Personal hand tools required.
- Must lift 35 lbs, bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Competitive pay ($32.50-$38.50/hr DOE) + uncapped commissions .
