*RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Run confirmed appointments, consult homeowners, and close value-driven deals.
• Present proposals, financing & incentives; guide customers  planning analysis install.
• Keep communication fast and clear; handoffs that make installs smooth.
• Recruit/mentor as you grow; run crisp weekly huddles and set the pace.

*PAY & SCHEDULE*

• Target Earnings:  You must earn $172,000+/yr (commission-based)  because if you don't, you won't have a place on our team.*
• Upside:  Commission Pay + Bonuses +  manager overrides* for team performance + National Company Paid Travel Incentives
• Schedule: *Monday–Friday; weekends as needed.
• Type: *Full-time.
